Triton is an investment firm with a global footprint that actively engages with boards, managers and employees to build long‑term value. This entry‑level IT role in our London office offers hands-on support, exposure to a private equity environment and a path to grow across the IT function.

You will join a team of 9–10 IT specialists, delivering day‑to‑day support for around 170 local users and remote users across 11 sites internationally.

Formación

• Strong interest in starting a career in IT support, infrastructure or technology
• Currently studying toward, or recently completed, a relevant IT qualification
• Confident with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 in personal or academic contexts
• Excellent written and verbal English communication to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• Professional, service-minded approach and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st-line IT support to London-based and remote users via the helpdesk system, escalating to senior colleagues as needed
• Log, triage and progress incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Assist with everyday IT issues including password resets, account access, software installation, printing and basic troubleshooting
• Support users with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Assist with end-user devices build, configuration and deployment
• Support Apple devices managed through Intune
• Help maintain hardware and software asset records
• Support onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers
• Set up and support video conferencing and collaboration technology
• Assist with IT projects and documentation, and support major events
• Occasional travel to other European offices may be possible
