Job summary

Red Bull Technology Group is offering an undergraduate placement in the IT Service Desk based in Milton Keynes. You will join the day‑to‑day client support activities of our technical support team and help maintain and optimise internal systems.

The role is hands‑on and project‑driven, with opportunities to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will gain exposure to a range of services and technologies while studying an IT related degree.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be studying an IT related degree.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a hands‑on IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and clearly communicate with users.
• Serve as first point of contact on the Service Desk for IT issues.
• Assist with configuring laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and virtual machines.
• Support and manage critical business applications and tools.
• Assist with inventory management of software and hardware.
• Participate in projects and events and help automate tasks.
