Job summary

Red Bull Technology Group offers a 1-year placement in Milton Keynes as part of our IT Service Desk. You will deliver customer-oriented support, act as the first point of contact for IT issues, and work across teams to maintain essential systems.

The role combines hands-on technical work with project tasks and opportunities to automate processes. Applicants should be studying an IT-related degree and demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying an IT related degree.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
• Act as first point of contact on the Service Desk for IT issues.
• Build relationships and collaborate across teams to resolve problems.
• Support and manage critical business applications and tools.
• Set up and configure devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, phones) and virtual machines.
• Participate in project work including hardware refresh and security tasks.
• Identify process improvements and automate tasks where possible.
• Assist with inventory management of software and hardware.
