Job summary

Harbour Healthcare Ltd is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and modern device management in a stockport-based environment.

You will handle onboarding, permissions, and device setup, address VPN, VLAN, and firewall issues, and participate in SharePoint administration and laptop deployment projects. You will mentor juniors and help improve internal processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st/2nd line IT support.
• Familiarity with Windows environments and device management.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking issues including VPN and VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and networking.
• Manage ticket queues and resolve 20+ tickets per day.
• Handle user onboarding, accounts, permissions, and device setup.
• Troubleshoot VPN faults, VLAN changes, firewall queries, and networking problems.
• Assist SharePoint permissions, site creation, and guest access.
• Support laptop deployments and Windows upgrade audits.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Maintain documentation and asset records using RMM tools.
