Job summary

Punch Pubs and Co is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. You will provide first-line technical support to head office and field colleagues, logging requests, diagnosing issues, and resolving a range of hardware, software and access problems with clear, user-friendly communication.

You'll work with systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra and security tools, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-line IT support in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory and Entra.
• Familiarity with corporate collaboration and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Log and manage incoming IT support requests and tickets.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software and access issues.
• Install and configure software/hardware and perform routine maintenance.
• Keep systems up to date with patches and security measures.
• Support joiners, movers and leavers with equipment and access.
• Create helpful end-user guides and FAQs for common tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
