Are you an enthusiastic, customer service-focused individual looking to join a dynamic team?

This role provides a foundation to learn and expand your knowledge and experience as a Service Desk Analyst, offering a great opportunity for graduates to kickstart their IT careers.

There is ongoing training and development (averaging 1 day per week), ensuring you acquire technical skills and the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as you grow.

You will serve as a single point of contact for customers across the UK on all IT-related issues. Responsibilities include logging calls, troubleshooting problems, and escalating calls to the 2nd & 3rd line technical support teams and relevant third parties. You will have full ownership of your calls: quickly identifying and resolving a wide range of incidents while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Passion for technology
  • Keen to learn new skills and expand knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Active Directory, Internet Explorer)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including occasional weekend work

This is a permanent, office-based position located in Castle Donington, DE74.

*Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
