Job summary

Hunter Bond in London is seeking a VP-level IT Service Delivery Governance lead to own the governance framework across the organisation, ensuring ITSM governance, resilience, regulatory obligations, audit commitments and technology controls are embedded.

You will work across regional, global and third-party providers, driving continual improvement with clear communication skills and stakeholder engagement. The role offers good work-from-home options and a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• Strong IT Service Management governance experience within a regulated tech environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, Operational Resilience, DORA, FCA, PRA, SOX and related technology control frameworks.
• Experience working across regional, global, third-party and intra-group technology providers.
• Excellent communication skills.

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for the operational delivery, execution and continual improvement of the IT Service Delivery Governance function across the organisation.

You’ll ensure the IT Service Management governance, operational resilience requirements, regulatory obligations, audit commitments and technology control frameworks are effectively implemented, monitored and Embedded across the business.

This is a newly created role in a fast growing Bank. A brilliant opportunity!
