Qualifications

• Proven experience in service delivery or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship with the managed service partner and ensure service delivery.
• Drive adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Manage operational tasks including license renewals and supplier contracts.
