Job summary

EFDNI is seeking an IT Service & Contract Management Analyst to join the team at 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast. You will handle incidents and service requests, support change and problem management, contract/SLAs, and asset management while liaising with IT service providers.

The role requires relevant IT qualifications and experience, a current driving licence, and access to transport to meet post requirements. Salary is competitive with a strong pension scheme.

Qualifications

• HND or equivalent Level 5 IT qualification.
• 1–2 years IT Service desk experience in last 5 years or 2 years preferred.
• Continued professional development with relevant learning/qualifications.
• Equivalency may be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests across IT services.
• Support change, problem, contract/SLAs and asset management.
• Assist cyber security, communications and IP telephony infrastructure.
