Job summary

Pikl in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Manager to ensure secure, reliable IT operations across Norwich, London and remote work. You will manage the day-to-day IT infrastructure, coordinate with an external provider, and drive security controls and governance while enabling safe AI tooling.

You will work at the intersection of IT operations and information security, delivering high-quality service, documentation, and continuous improvement in a small-to-mid sized business environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT support or IT manager role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint management.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced IT providers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure and end-user support.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle and procurement processes.
• Enforce security controls, monitoring, and incident triage.
