Job summary

W Talent is recruiting for an IT Sales Executive to drive growth in IT managed services from Peterborough on-site. You will identify and close new clients, sell IT, cloud, security, and telecom services, and align technical capabilities with client business needs.

You will report to the MD as the sole Business Development Manager, owning both private and public sector opportunities in a relaxed team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record, ideally within an MSP, IT, or telecom environment.
• Solid grasp of cloud, infrastructure, and managed IT concepts to converse with IT directors and CEOs.
• Clear, persuasive speaking and writing skills to explain technical value and ROI.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality to build a robust sales pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Find and secure new clients using cold outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
• Pitch complex managed services like cloud computing, IT support, cyber security, and unified communications.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and custom proposals to final contract negotiation.
• Work with internal tech and service delivery teams to scope realistic, tailored client solutions.

This is a great opportunity for an experience IT Sales Executive with previous experience of selling IT Managed Service Solutions / Cyber Security
