Base pay range

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Relationship Manager to join a growing retail company who are in investing into their infrastructure and networks technology stack.

They are looking for someone who is able to operate at all levels, where you will act as the go-to person for IT across multiple sites within Europe.

What you will be doing:

• Work in a cross functional team to identify technology gaps and user needs.
• Contribute to a roadmap that is aligned to technology requirements, including delivery.
• Provide training on IT systems and processes, ensuring the integration into BAU.

What they are looking for:

• Experience of managing IT projects.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks, such as EUC/Routers/Switches/Firewalls/Hosting/Cloud/Desktop
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
