Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ltd in Denham is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our Systems team to design, test and certify electronics for life-saving aerospace systems.

You'll work across concept to verification with cross-functional teams, enjoying hybrid working after a six-month probation period and contributing to safety-critical programmes that power ejection seats and cockpit systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern electronics and design principles.
• Experience using schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium or OrCAD).
• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline; working towards professional membership preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop electronic design solutions that meet customer, regulatory and internal standards.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including schematics and PCB layouts.
• Design, prototype and test electronic hardware to support product development and delivery.
• Review peer designs and contribute to design quality improvements.
• Plan and manage workload with accurate task estimates and progress updates.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet verification and certification requirements.
