Job summary

Eaglecliff is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the Endur ETRM programme in a world-leading Energy Trading company based in London. You will shape project scope, business requirements and delivery approaches, ensuring prerequisites are defined and delivered on programme timelines.

Key responsibilities include creating charters, business cases and roadmaps; engaging senior stakeholders; governing and reporting across multiple workstreams; and delivering complex change across IT and business

Qualifications

Proven experience shaping projects from early-stage concepts.
Strong discovery, assessment and mobilisation experience.
Ability to rapidly establish project scope, requirements and delivery approaches.
Experience developing project charters, business cases and investment proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and shaping activities for pre-project initiatives.
Translate objectives into clearly defined project scopes and deliverables.
Establish business requirements, success measures, assumptions, risks, constraints and dependencies.
Engage business and IT stakeholders to assess current-state processes, systems, data and operating models.
Develop project charters, scope documents, roadmaps and mobilisation plans.
Produce business cases, investment requests and executive recommendations.
Define resource requirements, delivery approaches and governance structures.
Identify and manage cross-project dependencies to align with the wider programme roadmap.
Plan, execute and control assigned projects in line with the company framework.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and reporting.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology and external partners.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to programme leadership.
