Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a major Endur transformation across LNG, Gas and Power. You will shape strategy, governance and roadmap, while working closely with senior traders and business leaders to deliver real value.

The role requires proven experience in large-scale transformations, deep commodity trading knowledge, and the ability to drive benefits realisation in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Deep commodity trading experience, particularly in European Gas, Power and LNG.
• Strong Endur expertise, ideally across major upgrades or greenfield implementations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, technology teams and strategic vendors.
• commercially minded, decisive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

I am currently searching for a Senior Programme Manager to lead a major Endur transformation across LNG, Gas and Power.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading a large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programme
• Shaping strategy, roadmap, governance and benefits realisation
• Working closely with senior traders and business leaders
• Delivering measurable improvements in scalability, efficiency, control and commercial capability

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programmes
• Deep commodity trading experience, particularly European Gas, Power and/or LNG
• Strong Endur expertise, ideally across major upgrades or greenfield implementations
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, technology teams and strategic vendors
