Job summary

Arcturus Technology LTD. seeks an IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects, overseeing the full SDLC across cloud/fintech domains. You will drive governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in a structured IT environment and certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/CSM). Hybrid work in Blackburn with a permanent contract and 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a structured IT environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience with AWS/Azure migrations or ERP implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project governance: establish and maintain frameworks (Agile or Waterfall).
• Lead daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprint planning.
• Manage project budgets (£500k–£2m) and provide monthly variance reports.
