Job summary

Right Now Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager in Greater London to lead software delivery projects with PRINCE2 and Agile governance. The role requires coordination with UK and international teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring contractual requirements are met.

The position offers a permanent, full-time arrangement with hybrid working—3 days in the office after probation, occasional travel, and a salary of £55k–£60k.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualifications related to Project Management - Agile and PRINCE 2 would be highly desirable
• Previous experience in Project Management within Transport/Rail/Engineering
• Software Delivery focused PM experience rather than Hardware
• Demonstrable understanding of ITSO requirements and application
• Previous exposure to a National/International Projects related role
• Resilient and tenacious personality

Responsibilities

• To ensure the successful and timely fulfilment of customer projects involving software development and delivery
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues in the UK and Internationally
• Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and communicate with stakeholders
• Progress outstanding issues with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Maintain budget awareness and manage project costs
• Coordinate site construction and subcontractor activities as needed
• Prepare method statements and health & safety documentation
• Identify resource requirements and create work packages
