Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates Limited, based in North London, is seeking a Project Manager with a track record delivering IT solutions in mid-sized organisations. You will manage projects across support, security and consulting, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will oversee governance, budgeting and risk management, ensure proper handover to service desks, and partner with clients to drive projects from initiation to production support.

Responsibilities

• IT solutions such as networking, virtualization and cloud.
• Project governance: scope control, sign-offs, gateways, and risk mitigation.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Mobilise projects with best practice delivery.
• Transition delivery into Warranty and Production support.
• Collaborate with Programme Engineer to allocate people.
• Partner with clients to guide them through the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop delivery plans, costs and estimates with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure handover to the Service desk with documentation, licensing agreements, key contacts, and 3rd party contracts.

Chapman Tate are pleased to be working with a managed service provider who delivery full managed IT services to their global customer base. As a Project Manager, you will be based in North London and have a track record in delivering solutions within support, security and consulting within mid-sized organisations.

You will get involved in:

• IT Solutions such as networking, virtualisation and cloud
• Project governance, managing scope, sign offs and gateways, identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Project mobilisation – work with clients to deliver projects through best approach and practices
• Transitioning project delivery into Warranty and Production support
• Working with the Programme Engineer to structure and allocate people to projects.
• Partnering with clients to take them through the delivery lifecycle.
• Working with cross functional teams to develop delivery plans, costs and estimates.
• Ensure that all completed projects are properly handed over to the Service desk. This will include documentation including diagrams, configurations, licencing agreements, key contacts, and 3rd party contracts and key information about the client and their use of IT
