Job summary

Advania Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple customer-facing delivery projects across infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, workplace, security and managed services. You will own the delivery lifecycle from initiation to handover, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes and seamless handover to operations.

Strong governance, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration are essential as you coordinate delivery teams, manage risks, and communicate with customers

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing IT infrastructure, cloud, or MSP projects.
• Proven ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and governance bodies.
• ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience coordinating service transition or operational onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.

• We seek an experienced IT Project Manager with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a managed services environment with commercial awareness and strong problem solving skills
• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful customer-facing delivery of infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, workplace, security and managed service projects across our customer base
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial engagement through to operational handover, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget and ready to be successfully supported by operational teams
• This role requires an individual who can confidently engage with customers, coordinate technical delivery teams, manage governance and ensure project outcomes are embedded into business-as-usual support services
• The Project Manager will act as the single point of ownership throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike
• The successful candidates will be aligned to our offices in either Manchester or London
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
