Job summary

dbfb is seeking an IT Project Engineer to design and deliver client IT projects, working closely with the Head of Engineering and the presales team to provide Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and managed services solutions.

This field-based role focuses on executing project plans, ensuring successful outcomes, and deepening expertise across our technology stack while maintaining strong customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (CS/IT) is ideal.
• Relevant industry certifications with proven implementation are a plus.
• Full valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a wide array of IT and networking projects.
• Serve as the 3rd line escalation point for technical issues.
• Engage with customers and sales leads to deliver transformative solutions.
• Onboard new technologies and systems as part of the tech stack.
• Create clear documentation and deployment processes promptly.
