Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles seeks a Project Delivery Coordinator to support IT project delivery. This graduate or early-career role offers hands-on exposure to project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic engineering environment.

You will build project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress to sponsors and senior leaders. Hours are standard Monday to Friday with opportunities to grow your project management skills.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with an interest in IT project delivery.
• Understanding of project management principles is helpful, but formal qualification is not required.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring the use of emerging technologies to deliver business projects.
• Build and maintain project plans, manage resources, and escalate issues promptly.
• Clearly communicate project scope and deliverables to the team.
• Prepare and lead project meetings, contributing to steering group discussions.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement to support successful project delivery.
• Produce concise, data-driven project reports for sponsors and senior leadership.
• Monitor and manage risks and issues to keep projects on track.
