Job summary

Framatome Limited is seeking an IT Co-ordinator to join our Avonmouth team. You will support the planning, governance, delivery and continuous improvement of IT projects in alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, IT leadership and cross-functional teams to manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, and governance artefacts while maintaining robust project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating IT projects, programmes, or technology initiatives and supporting project governance and delivery frameworks.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management.
Communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning abilities.
Attention to detail.
Experience managing risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects and work streams.
Support Project Managers and IT leadership in managing schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
Track progress and ensure timely completion of actions and governance artefacts.
Maintain project documentation incl. RAID logs, status reports, and governance artefacts.
Facilitate meetings and governance forums, documenting actions and decisions.
Monitor risks, issues and changes; escalate where needed.
Support resource planning and capacity management across the IT portfolio.
Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
Contribute to portfolio reporting with KPIs and milestones.
Assist in development of PMO and governance frameworks.
