Job summary

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise is seeking a DGM – IT Program Manager for Industrialization to set up governance and align multiple IT programs into a unified schedule. You will monitor execution, mitigate risks, and drive change management to meet critical milestones for digital capabilities at start of production.

Responsibilities include building an integrated plan, establishing MOS governance, and coordinating with program managers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field.
• MBA will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop / maintain Integrated program plan.
• Create an integrated plan by stitching schedules of programs and identify dependencies.
• Setup Integrated Program Governance with program managers and steering committee.
• Design and setup MOS to drive daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Develop a risk and change management plan and process.
• Maintain a risk register and change log for cross-program risks.
• Drive communication and collaboration between programs.
• Engage with stakeholders and steering committee for escalations and support.
