Job summary

Tata Technologies is seeking a Program Lead to base at the customer's office in Gaydon. You will lead planning, governance and delivery of complex automotive programmes across multiple domains, coordinating with customers and suppliers globally.

The role requires strong governance, delivery leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams. Experience with E/E, systems or software programmes and knowledge of ASPICE/ISO standards is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or related discipline.
• Automotive engineering or programme delivery experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional programmes in an OEM, Tier 1 or engineering services environment.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of automotive development, validation and release lifecycles.
• Experience with E/E, systems, integration or software programmes.
• Awareness of ASPICE, ISO 26262 or ISO 21434.
• Global delivery and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex automotive programmes across multiple technical domains.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, deliverables and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams across global locations.
• Monitor programme performance against quality, cost, timing and scope commitments.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and escalation actions.
• Lead customer reviews, governance forums, status reporting and decision tracking.
• Support mobilisation, recruitment planning and workload balancing.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess programme impacts.
• Maintain KPIs, dashboards, action trackers and management reports.
• Drive recovery plans where delivery is at risk and follow actions through to closure.
