Job summary

Samsung SDS Europe Limited is hiring a Procurement Associate in the UK to join the IT Procurement team. You will manage end-to-end sourcing projects in SAP, coordinate tenders, and support category leads and internal stakeholders with sourcing activities.

The role requires a degree in procurement/SCM or 1–2 years' experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. UK work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, SCM or related field or 1–2 years procurement/SCM experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• CIPS Level 3 or Level 4 qualification, or willingness to pursue certification, is a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing projects in SAP, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Coordinate tender processes and support supplier selection, performance and contract management.
• Support Procurement Category Leads and internal stakeholders with sourcing activities.
• Manage procurement transactions and ensure accurate processing in SAP.
• Support month-end closing, audits and preparation of required documentation.
• Prepare weekly procurement updates and handle ad hoc procurement tasks.
