Hybrid role in London requiring strong IT procurement expertise, SaaS and hardware contract experience, and the ability to collaborate with IT, Finance and Legal to manage risks and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in IT with focus on strategic sourcing.
• Experience negotiating SaaS contracts and IT commercial agreements.
• Strong contract negotiation skills covering T&Cs.
• Procurement experience within professional services.
• Understanding supplier due diligence, risk and stakeholder management.
• Experience or knowledge procuring AI solutions with data privacy considerations.
• Bachelor's degree or CIPS qualification desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT procurement and strategic sourcing from requirements to contract handover.
• Manage software, hardware, networking, and tech contract renewals.
• Conduct supplier due diligence with InfoSec and Legal to manage risks.
• Perform market analysis, supplier negotiations and category management.
• Engage IT, Finance and stakeholders to influence commercial decisions and budgets.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet requirements.
• Oversee supplier performance and contract handovers with clear SLAs.
