Job Responsibility:
IT Procurement Administrator - Maternity Cover

Aramark IT is seeking a proactive and motivated IT Support Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve/reject IT procurement requests.
  • Process IT invoices according to company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate device inventory.
  • Manage service requests using standard tools and processes.
  • Provide access to business applications.
  • Escalate IT issues as needed.
  • Manage asset lifecycle.
  • Deliver IT support to the business.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Adhere to SLA targets and response times.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confident communication with customers at all levels.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Accountable for performance standards.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
