The Role

We are looking for an IT Portfolio Manager to join our IT and Digitalization team, reporting to the Head of IT Delivery. The role will be hands-on in implementing and overseeing frameworks, tools, and processes that ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The role will be instrumental in managing the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive seamless integration and continuous improvement.

The IT Portfolio Manager will oversee the governance and performance of projects, using the Atlassian suite to improve and maintain frameworks, tools, and processes and be responsible for reporting on portfolio status and collaborating with senior management and stakeholders. As the IT Portfolio Manager, you’ll foster a culture of innovation and sustainability within the team, while working closely with Finance to track and manage the financials of the portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of technology projects within a fast-growing and impactful industry.

Desirable Skills:

• Proven track record in delivering projects and products
• Excellent knowledge of a project and product management framework
• Hands-on experience using Atlassian to manage products from requirement collection to product release
• An open and honest team player, able to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders across the organisation
• Experience managing direct and indirect reports
