Job summary

Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems (UK) Ltd. in the UK IT team invites an IT professional to support a growing business. You will work on legacy migrations, implement new processes for efficiency, and contribute to business intelligence initiatives.

Beyond project work, you’ll perform general IT support, VMware and Cisco switch administration, and engage with colleagues across the business to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support for a corporate environment with cloud/saaS migration.
• Ability to define and implement automated IT processes and BI requests.
• Experience configuring and supporting client devices and network gear.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into meaningful actionable requirements
• Ensure IT security compliance and documentation is accurate
