Job summary

Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems (UK) Ltd. is inviting applications for a PMO Placement (10+ months) in Melksham. You will join a dynamic PMO team supporting major internal and external projects, contributing to process improvements and delivering flagship initiatives.

This placement offers exposure to project management, engineering and process management within an international business, with opportunities to learn and develop leadership skills in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management/Project Engineering/Process Management.
• Self-motivated to learn new skills and take on the challenges of a dynamic project.
• Innovative and Creative abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and support within the PMO.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation technologies is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work within a dynamic Project Management Office team, including Project, Process and Schedule Management
• Support the Project Management and Project Management Office (PMO) departments in the delivery of significant projects, both Internal and External to the Business.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and operations.
• These placements are exciting opportunities to be a key integral part of the delivery of flagship Projects in a successful, international business
