Job summary

Enstar Group is seeking an experienced Interim IT Supplier & Outsourcing Management Lead on a nine-month contract to own IT supplier governance and offshore contract management.

You will chair governance forums, drive risk and performance management, oversee SOC reports, and provide executive reporting across IT leadership.

This hands-on leadership role requires regulated-industry experience and the ability to challenge outputs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated finance IT supplier governance.
• Proven track record managing major outsourcing providers.
• Strong contract, performance, risk and commercial management.
• Experience with subcontractor risk and SOC reports.
• Ability to lead offshore service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of DORA, PRA/FCA outsourcing expectations or APRA CPS 230 is a plus.
• Experience with service continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct offshore contract management service.
• Chair IT Outsourcing Contract Management Committee and drive actions.
• Oversee IT outsourcing governance and reporting.
• Support towers in managing obligations, deliverables, risks.
• Clarify contractual responsibilities; escalate issues.
• Maintain decision-ready supplier risk reporting for IT leadership.
• Oversee governance of subcontractors and fourth parties.
• Lead risk-based supplier oversight and annual reviews.
• Review SOC reports and assurance evidence.
• Ensure SMEs review supplier risks during onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide input to service-continuity arrangements.
• Direct monthly supplier-management reporting.
