Job summary

Big Red Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks a senior operations leader to own process design and drive structured change across a growing IT services network. You will operate at the top table and shape the future of service delivery.

You will sit on the senior leadership team with a clear route to Head of Operations, leading Halo rollout and KPI reporting, while balancing hands-on leadership of a small technical team and outsourced partners in a hybrid Stratford-upon-Avon setting.

Qualifications

• Service delivery or operations management in an IT services, MSP or ISP business
• ITIL style process design and a real eye for detail
• A networking or infrastructure background to help with your knowledge of day to day

• Design and embed processes and documentation across operations
• Lead the rollout of Halo for tickets, SLAs, escalations and knowledge
• Manage a small technical team plus outsourced service desk and NOC partners
• Report operations KPIs to the leadership team every month

Job description

Do you want to own process and drive structured change for a growing network and cyber security business? They have broken through a revenue plateau and are growing again. Right now too much knowledge sits in a few people's heads, so this hire builds the processes, documentation and central service management system that will let the business scale.

You will sit on the senior leadership team, with a clear route to a Head of Operations role and you will:

• Manage a small technical team plus outsourced service desk and NOC partners
• Report operations KPIs to the leadership team every month

The package: £60,000 to £65,000, 33 days' holiday, pension, private medical, plus a share option scheme after probation.

The role offers a hybrid setup of initially three days a week in the Stratford upon Avon office for the first six weeks to help you get settled in, then 2 days a week going forward.
