You will be part of the technology team, the engine room of the business, providing bespoke systems that give CFC its competitive advantage in this dynamic marketplace. You will work within our Technology Operations team to support our internal and external customers effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving escalations from the Service Desk incidents and requests, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. You will own BAU project deployments, develop CSI initiatives, and provide proactive support and maintenance across all IT Operations functions.
You will enable approximately 1000 employees across the UK, US, and Australia to operate effectively and efficiently.
You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for IT/application incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Your responsibilities will include:
