Job summary

Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group is seeking an IT & MI Coordinator to support daily data processes and internal IT functions. You will produce regular reports via Salesforce and act as the first-line internal tech contact, coordinating with our external IT partner.

The role requires a tech-savvy, highly organized problem solver who can handle data quality, support requests, and stakeholder needs while navigating multiple software platforms in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce to navigate records and run basic reports.
• Ability to prepare and adjust reports for financial data.
• Interest in process improvement and AI developments.
• Able to explain technical solutions to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports via Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to provide data and adjustments.
• Audit client data fields in Salesforce for accuracy.
• Assist with basic Salesforce user management.
• Report to Senior Leadership on performance metrics.
• Handle general coordination and analytical duties.
• Serve as first point of contact for internal IT queries.
• Coordinate with external IT partner on hardware issues.
• Track IT equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
