Job summary
Elevate Technology Group Ltd in Middlewich, Cheshire, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the technical function, oversee IT support, projects and managed services for its customer base. You will report to the Managing Director and shape the growth of the technical team.

Qualifications

- Hands-on technical background in IT support and infrastructure.
- Experience with MSP tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage escalations and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the technical team.
- Conduct one-to-ones and support recruitment.
- Own service delivery and SLA commitments.
- Allocate engineering resources for support and projects.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex issues.
- Provide hands-on escalation support when required.
- Maintain ticketing, documentation and customer records.
- Lead technical discussions with customers on hardware, software and projects.
- Plan future recruitment and training with senior management.
