Qualifications

• Substantial experience in IT infrastructure and identity/endpoint management.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services and secure production environments.
• Experience with IT service desks including ticket triage, user support and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical operations and line manage two IT Engineers.
• Maintain secure, reliable, high-performing infrastructure and end-user services.
• Drive improvements across identity, device management, networking, cybersecurity, and service delivery.
• Support digital transformation, security/compliance, and modern tooling adoption.
