Harrison Drury seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, governance, and delivery for a fast-growing professional services firm. You will oversee infrastructure, cloud services, and a busy IT support team, ensuring reliable, secure technology across offices in Lancashire, Cumbria and Staffordshire.

You will drive improvements, manage vendors, and guide enterprise IT strategy, including risk management, ITIL-aligned processes, and modern workplace technologies such as

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading IT teams in a professional services environment.
• Strong background in delivering IT and communications solutions in a growth-focused business.
• Experience in risk management, cyber security and large-scale change projects.
• Proven line management experience with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent understanding of IT standards, practices and processes.
• Experience with Office 365 administration, Intune, Entra and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience with networking, systems and infrastructure (connectivity, telephony, servers, backups).
• Cloud migration experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure and cloud services.

• Drive governance, risk management and IT security improvements.
