Job summary

REED Technology partners with a Government organisation to recruit an IT Manager in Belfast. You will lead the IT function, drive delivery, support, and strategic IT development across the organisation.

A team focused on Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms will be managed to enhance productivity, security and digital transformation. The role requires 5+ years of IT leadership experience, a degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity, hands-on O365 and Intune expertise, and proven cybersecurity strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field is required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in IT/Infrastructure teams.
• Hands-on experience with O365 administration and Intune.
• Proven cybersecurity strategy development and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT function to deliver robust IT services and strategic development.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 and SaaS platform usage, licensing, and integration.
• Manage IT infrastructure, systems and networks; ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop and monitor IT budgets, SLAs, and performance metrics.
