Job summary

Reed is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical IT security projects from Newport with hybrid working options. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and the ability to matrix-manage teams across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced projects and steering governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT security projects from conception through to delivery.
• Matrix-manage project teams across the organisation to ensure effective delivery of change.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in line with project scopes.
• Produce detailed project reports and track progress against the project plan.
• Collaborate with IT Business Analysts and key sponsors to support project definition and delivery.
• Ensure strong governance and progress tracking to plan.
• Manage multiple requirements and stakeholders, influencing key decisions.
