Job summary

RHR is seeking an IT Manager (Business Applications) to lead the delivery of critical business applications and support a major ERP transformation. You will oversee the move from legacy systems to a new ERP platform, ensuring business continuity across migration and managing a team of application specialists.

The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise apps such as ERP, WMS and OMS, strong stakeholder management, and governance and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• At least four years' experience in an IT management role.
• Experience in a multi-site retail or fashion environment is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business-critical applications and oversee an ERP transformation programme.
• Manage the transition from legacy systems to a new ERP platform with minimal business disruption; ensure data integrity during migration.
• Coordinate testing, training and data migration; maintain ERP, WMS and OMS stability; collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and group IT teams.
• Take ownership of governance, budgeting, vendor management and ongoing application support to drive operational excellence.
