Job Overview

This is an IT lead opportunity to join a global logistics organisation with a diverse client portfolio across retail, industrial, e-commerce, healthcare, and more. The organisation is establishing a new warehouse site and requires an experienced IT professional to manage hardware and software operations at this location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the onsite IT lead, initially as the sole IT staff member, with hands-on responsibilities.
2. Manage day-to-day hardware and software support, including cabling, terminals, tablets, scanners, and internal business systems such as Office 365, HR, and onboarding platforms.
3. Build and lead the IT team once the site is fully operational.
4. Communicate effectively with onsite and offsite IT teams, fostering strong working relationships.

• Proven IT support experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
