Qualifications

• Evidence of leading delivery of IT M&A engagements and ability to translate findings into commercial insights.
• Specialism in IT M&A including due diligence, integration and separation planning, and technology assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT M&A engagements across sectors and advise on deal value and risk.
• Drive technology assessments of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital platforms.
• Lead post-merger integration including harmonised operating models and ERP consolidation.
• Define TSAs, data migration plans, and regulatory compliance during divestitures.
• Provide leadership on emerging tech and translate technical findings into commercial insights.
