Job summary

Cambridge Credentials Limited seeks a senior manager with extensive technology, digital, AI and M&A expertise to advise on technology-focused M&A projects including integrations, separations and JV work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex ERP, data or AI M&A projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives.
• Strong understanding of IT within the deal lifecycle, from due diligence to transitions.

Responsibilities

• Build deep client relationships and be seen as a trusted advisor by senior executives.
• Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business opportunities.
• Lead the design of complex engagements and oversee day-to-day delivery.
• Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on standard engagements.
• Proactively develop thought leadership and industry insights.
• Build and maintain a strong internal and external network.
• Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks.
