Singletrack is recruiting an IT Junior to join the support team in London. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in our London office 2-3 days per week with remote work for remaining days.
You will provide first-line desk support for staff, assist with installation and maintenance of equipment, and help ensure IT issues are resolved promptly. The ideal candidate has an interest in IT, some experience, and a can-do attitude with a desire to learn.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in a career in IT, and has some IT experience, either gained from full time work or from work experience while studying. The minimum qualification is A levels or equivalent, to include an IT element of some description. Training on the specific systems we use will be provided.
