Job summary

Searchability in Sheffield is hiring an IT Integration Engineer for a hybrid role. You will lead multi-faceted IT integration projects, from discovery through implementation and handover, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Defender for Endpoint across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

You will produce detailed integration plans and contribute to onboarding playbooks. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, with UK/EU travel as required

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
• Experience with identity and access management (Entra ID).
• Experience migrating tenants and managing endpoint platforms.
• Proficiency across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and security.
• Clear ability to produce detailed integration plans and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT integration projects from discovery to implementation and handover.
• Assess and design integration plans for acquired businesses.
• Rationalise systems, identify gaps and drive technology alignment.
• Develop repeatable onboarding framework and documentation for future integrations.
• Collaborate with internal IT, stakeholders and external partners.
