Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong M&A focus to lead critical integration projects near Minworth. You will coordinate across technical and non-technical teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure seamless consolidation of newly acquired entities into the IT landscape.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, data migration, and ERP/CRM system integration, with travel to UK sites as required and five days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Proven IT Project Manager experience in M&A environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT integration projects after mergers and acquisitions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Drive integration of ERP, CRM, infrastructure, and operations platforms.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Ensure data migration, system compatibility, and process alignment.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver milestones.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and elevate risks.
• Support post-integration optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
