Job summary

Church International Limited is seeking an experienced IT Technician to support a NATO project based in Yeovilton, UK. The role covers hands-on IT infrastructure, systems administration and technical troubleshooting across enterprise IT environments.

You will administer VMware vCenter/ESXi, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, while maintaining network switches and firewalls. DV clearance and NATO familiarity are preferred for project eligibility.

We are seeking an experienced Technician to support a NATO project based in Yeovilton, UK. The successful candidate will provide hands‑on IT infrastructure support, systems administration and technical troubleshooting across a range of enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer VMware vCenter, ESXi and Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and server infrastructure.
• Maintain network Switches, Firewalls and connectivity.
• Support VEEAM backups, VDI, VMware Horizon View, thin clients and print Servers.

• Current Developed Vetting (DV) or NATO clearance.

• Familiarity with SQL Server, SharePoint Server and VMware Horizon View.
• Experience with PKI certificates and secure IT environments.
• Knowledge of NATO IT security policies and ITIL service management.
• Location: Yeovilton, UK - fully on‑site
• Project: NATO
• Contract end date: 31 December 2026 (Initially)
• Total scope: 320 hours
• Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:30-17:00; Friday, 08:30-15:00
• Clearance: Current DV or NATO clearance required, subject to project eligibility and verification.
