BSW Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Technician based in Stoke-on-Trent to provide frontline IT support across group sites. This onsite role covers hardware, software, networking and Office 365 support, with a focus on customer service and clear communication.
You will monitor backups, assist in configuring networking equipment, onboard new users and maintain an up-to-date asset register. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel to group sites are required.
Location: Site-Based, Stoke-on-Trent (with responsibility for group-wide IT support)
Reporting to: IT Support Manager
This is an onsite role to be based at our Stoke-on-Trent site, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing IT support across all our group sites. As an IT Infrastructure Support Technician, you will provide front line system users with computer support and IT maintenance – from the initial customer request through to final resolution. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to hardware, networking, operating systems, and applications while effectively communicating technical advice to non-technical.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong background in IT support and the ability to work across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
