Our client, an established and market-leading Managed Service Provider, is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their Infrastructure support team. The role involves providing day-to-day hands-on technical support and management of internal Corporate and Customer-managed IT Infrastructure and projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, maintain, and support the physical and virtual environments, including network storage, backup, and recovery systems.
2. Perform daily maintenance and IT administration to ensure high service availability.
3. Support corporate IT infrastructure for HQ, remote offices, and clients, ensuring seamless operation.
4. Monitor usage and performance of servers and services to ensure correct and efficient operation.

Skills Required

• In-depth experience with virtual environments (VMware)
• Experience with email services, including Microsoft Exchange, Spam Filtering, and cloud messaging
• Core Windows OS administration skills, Active Directory management, Group Policies, user/group management, PowerShell
• Strong communication skills
