Job summary

Amphenol Ltd in Whitstable seeks an IT Infrastructure Support role to maintain and secure the company’s IT systems. You will monitor infrastructure, assist with patching, vulnerability remediation and audit readiness as part of a proactive MIS team.

The role requires experience with Hyper‑V, O365 and security tools; a CompTIA Security+ is preferred. On‑site work with opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Experience with IT security fundamentals and audits is desirable.
• Familiarity with incident/problem resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, servers, devices).
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
